Welcome to Voxari. By accessing our website at withvoxari.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Voxari provides AI automation services for small businesses, including but not limited to AI voice agents, AI text and SMS automation, workflow automation, lead qualification, CRM integration, and related consulting services. Services are provided on a project basis with scope, pricing, and terms defined in a separate AI Services Agreement between Voxari and the client.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts and Communication

When you submit a form, book a call, or otherwise provide your contact information through our website, you consent to receiving communications from Voxari related to your inquiry. This includes phone calls, text messages (SMS), and emails. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Text Messaging

Voxari sends text messages including appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-ups, and responses to inquiries submitted through our website at withvoxari.com. By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Voxari.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (775) 473-8598. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including setup fees, monthly retainers, and billing schedules, are outlined in the AI Services Agreement provided to each client. Voxari uses Stripe as its payment processor. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and GoHighLevel. Refund policies are determined on a case by case basis and outlined in individual client agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI automation systems, workflows, templates, processes, code, and technical work created by Voxari remain the intellectual property of Voxari unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients are granted a license to use systems built for them as outlined in their individual service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Voxari provides AI automation services on an as is basis. While we strive to deliver reliable and effective systems, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or lead conversion rates. Voxari is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Confidentiality

Voxari treats all client business information, data, and communications as confidential. We do not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services as outlined in their individual AI Services Agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments owed to Voxari are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

Voxari reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Nevada law.
